By request, this class is offered for more quick Asian recipes: Furikake noodles; Japanese chicken with eggs over rice; Korean spicy squid stir fry with vegetables; spicy tofu appetizer; Korean bullgogi in less than 7 minutes; Chinese paper bag shrimp; and honey walnut shrimp. You thought first ultrafast meals class was good, this one’s mo’ better. Anybody can join this class. There are no prerequisites-no need to have taken the first Ultrafast Meals class.

Walter will provide the inside detail on the dishes from his eclectic knowledge of historical, cultural, and food science background.
